We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. This timeframe allows you to inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this window.

- The toy must remain in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or damage
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included with the return
- Items showing evidence of use, missing components, or damaged packaging cannot be accepted for return due to safety considerations
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or used:
- Clearance and sale items marked as final sale
- Hygiene-sensitive products including teethers, pacifiers, bottles, and bath toys with broken seals
- Personalized or customized toys created specifically for your order
Refund Processing

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your toy arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@toydloo.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the replacement process. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or provide a full refund at your preference, and we’ll cover all associated shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for your desired product. This ensures the fastest service and availability of your preferred item.
