Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed via email if any delays occur. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your package is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure prompt and secure delivery across India. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Metropolitan Cities

Major metros including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad typically receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. These areas benefit from our fastest delivery routes and established logistics networks.

Rest of India

For tier-2 cities, tier-3 towns, and remote locations, delivery generally takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Please note that delivery to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may occasionally take longer due to logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding for such locations.

Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays. Transit times begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement. During monsoon season or adverse weather conditions, minor delays may occur, though our logistics partners work to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Charges

We want to make shopping affordable and convenient for families across India. Our shipping charges are structured as follows:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies regardless of delivery location.

Order Tracking

Transparency and communication are important to us. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. This link allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real time and see its current status and expected delivery date. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If you are unavailable during the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notification and reschedule delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If all delivery attempts fail or if the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. To avoid failed deliveries, please provide accurate contact information and delivery instructions at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, Toydloo only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping or deliveries to addresses outside India. If you are located abroad and wish to purchase from Toydloo, please consider using a domestic shipping address or a package forwarding service. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your orders to prevent damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform our customer service team. If you have already accepted the package and later notice damage, contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible.
